Non-Contract Customers

This would apply to single incident break/fix situations at a rate of $85/ hour, with a 1 hour minimum. Additional time after the first hour is billable in half hour increments. All work labor performed comes with a 30 day warranty.

* Virus or other malware removals are an exception. This will be performed at a flat rate of $125 for the benefit of our customers.

* Complete operating system re-install is another exception. This will be performed at a flat rate of $225 for the benefit of our customers.

Subscription Customers

Small businesses that work with our company typically prefer this option. Contract customers enjoy the benefits of having priority response times, routine maintenance and a reduced hourly rate. Unlimited remote support is provided for all equipment included in the support contract.

This option gives small businesses peace of mind knowing that their systems are receiving routine (preventive) maintenance, as well as, knowing that a dedicated team of professionals is available in a moment of need. Along with contract pricing comes significant discounts for onsite support with those problems that just can't be resolved remotely, such as, a complete pc and/or server crash.

Custom subscription pricing is available for those clients with unique environments, numbers of servers, workstations and/or locations to be maintained. Discounted pricing is available depending on the subscription period and whether the company is owned by a Veteran.
